Bought the 6mm for my helix piercing. It is exactly what I wanted, good quality, looks pretty, comfy to leave in all the time and sleep etc. Had been looking for a gold clicker for ages but other retailers are selling the same product for almost twice this price, so was really happy to find this at Piercing Mania. I love my segment rings. I bought two in the smaller width size 1.2mm (I think) and one length of 6mm, the other 8mm in length. I chose the smaller width for a more simplistic and elegant look and that is what I got. Both rings are beautiful but for real gold also very pricey. Sadly I won't be able to order another one anytime soon because of how expensive they are. I have a double cartiledge piercing, but the 6mm was too small. I should have bought both rings in 8mm. However, the 6mm is the perfect size for a tragus piercing so I still use it in my other ear. Would definitely order again, but if you are price conscious and have several piercings and want a uniform look, dont start with real gold! gold plated rings would be just as pretty instead of solid gold (and half the price) (Posted on 26-06-2019)Price Quality Meets my expectations - 100% Happy
