I’ve never bought a piece of jewellery like this before but I needed a simple and easy ring for my septum piercing, I usually use 16 gauge (1.2mm) jewellery for it but the website asked for what bar length I wanted and I didn’t know what that meant so I just picked a random size and hoped for the best. I ordered the bar thickness 1.2mm and the bar length 8mm and it fits perfectly, it looked really small at first and I didn’t think it would fit but it did and was surprisingly really easy to put in unlike the cheap jewellery I had used for it before. These are such cute rings and really easy to use. They were a little tough to open on the first go but I used a pair of pliers and they opened really easily. The hinge makes this so much easier to use than standard segment rings and makes them feel more sturdy. They may be a tad expensive but I would buy them again.
